Nick and I are husband and wife and as usual our New Years Resolution is to get our health in check. We are joining the Million Pound Match-Up to try and help us to reach our goals. These include losing weight and making life changes to improve our health. We both want to look and feel better and Nick would like to get off of blood pressure meds.
We have 3 children ages 7, 5, & 8months. They are the main reason that we are competing in this contest.
We are comitted to acctually getting our buts in gear this year. We need to get healthy for our kids and ourselves. We are also planning a trip out to California this summer to visit family, hang out at the beach, and take the kids to Disneyland. I want to shock our family with how wonderful we look in bathingsuits this year and I do not want weight loss to be our new years resolution next year!
